My Story
In 2014, I was invited to a Scentsy party and at the very last minute, I decided to go. By the end of the evening, I was hooked with the concept of a safe candle alternative as I actually had experienced a small fire due to an unsupervised lit candle in my past. I had never heard of Scentsy before so it was truly a leap of faith on my part when I signed up to become an independent consultant days later! I figured that the worst thing that could happen was that I would still have a warmer, 80 scents, a room spray a scentsy circle to last me for quite some time.
Unfortunately, life happened and I had to leave the business but I had never stopped using Scentsy products AND even contemplated a time or two over the years to rejoin. I can’t tell you how happy I am that one of my moto friends, who is a consultant, and I started talking and I have decided to take that leap of faith once again!
One of the things I enjoy most about Scentsy is meeting new people and hearing their stories. It is so fun to watch guests pick up the sample wax scents as they are reminded of childhood events, a past boyfriend, or their grandmother’s apple pie. Or more importantly, explaining why I started using Scentsy and how much safer it is!
